How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package leaves our shop, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy on skateboards?
You can return unused and un-gripped decks within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been assembled or gripped, it cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout, and we will notify you as soon as your gear is ready for collection at our Boston location.
Do you assemble complete skateboards?
Yes, if you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can leave a note at checkout asking us to assemble it for you for free.
