At Orchard Skateshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached; skateboard decks must be un-gripped and in their original shrink wrap.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include a copy of your invoice, then ship the package to our Boston storefront using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
